- SF1449 Revised The purpose of this amendment 1 is to provide question and answers and to post a revised SF 1449. Question: I did not see a final date for questions for Phase II. Will that be an in person conference in Wash DC? (or area?) Answer: This information is yet to be determined and will be provided to those proceeding to Phase II. Question: FBO.gov says that this is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS set aside. Yet the SF1449 says unrestricted? It's my understanding that these DHS contracts are supposed to be small business. Answer: This is 100% small business set-aside. A revised SF 1449 has been uploaded as part of this amendment. Question: Form SF 1449 tells us that there is one year plus an option year. Yet the Solicitation has CLINs for 5 years? Is it one option year or 4 option years. Answer: We are soliciting for a base year plus four option years. A corrected SF 1449 has been uploaded with this amendment. Question: On page 5, line 4 is repeated. Should this be CLIN 005 for year 2014? Answer: Yes
