- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotes for a firm fixed-price contract for trash collection and disposal services at designated facilities at the New Melones Recreation Areas, Sonora, CA. The NAICS Code is: 562111, small business size standard of $12.5 Million. Prospective contractors shall comply with all State, County, and other laws or sanitary regulations governing the pickup, hauling, and disposal of refuse hauled under this contract; and he/she shall be solely responsible for obtaining any licenses or permits that may be required for his/her performance of the contract. Any costs involved in obtaining licenses or permits shall be at the expense of the Contractor. This Contractor is responsible for the collection and disposal of 126 units once a week, 162 units emptied twice a week and extra disposals may be required. Solicitation R10PS24007 will be released to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 5, 2009. The date for receipt of proposals will be approximately September 4, 2009. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website, no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA), as required by FAR 4.1102, apply to this procurement. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. Prospective contractors shall complete electronic Annual Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
