- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), requires the upgrade of their VisionRecorders Digital Video Recording System. NAICS code 334513. NSWCCD intends to negotiate a non-competitive procurement with the Boulder Imaging Inc., of Louisville, CO under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplier of services will satisfy agency requirements. This system includes a portable image recorder system, custom image acquisition and playback software. Boulder Imaging is the developer and manufacturer and sole distributor of this System. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources submitting proposals within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Anticipated award date is on or around 08/18/09.
