- This requirement is an unfunded requirement being solicited pending availability of funds (FAR 52.232-18 to be included in posting)... All quotes MUST be valid until 30 Sept 2009... This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1C3429148A005, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. The NAICS code is 238290 and the small business size standard is $14.0M. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: OR EQUAL: CLIN 0001-9'-0"x7'8" Horton Automatics 2001 Series H.D. model OR EQUAL, 2-panel automatic sliding entrance doors with door jamb, heavy duty vertical center mullion with steel stiffer, and fixed glass transom windows fabricated to fit overall opening size 18'-4"x10'-6". Materials include: 6" dark bronze aluminum storefront framing with 12.76MM clear laminated safety glass. Automatic sliding door features include: micro processor control electric worm drive belt driven operator, motion detecting activation sensors, threshold scanning, presence detecting safety sensors, emergency break away feature on slider panels, heavy duty ball bearing rollers, hook bolt lock with cylinder, replacement track guides, medium stile doors with 10" bottom kick rail, 2" horizontal mullion and 10.76MM laminated safety glass. ( 1 each). CLIN 0002 - Installation Charge ( 1 each) This requirement is an unfunded requirement being solicited pending availability of funds (FAR 52.232-18 to be included in posting)... All quotes MUST be valid until 30 Sept 2009... Items should be shipped no later than 12 weeks ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to Andersen AFB, Guam 96929. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. This requirement is an unfunded requirement being solicited pending availability of funds (FAR 52.232-18 to be included in posting)... The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
