- RECOVERY- SOLICITATION NO. 30181RP145 RECOVERY. Partial funding for this construction project will be made with funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act ("Recovery Act") of 2009. All Reconstruction of the Buildings over the Raceways work that is funded with Recovery Act Funds will require compliance with all transparency requirements per the Recovery Act and future guidance. Funding for this project will be subject to the availability of funds. RECOVERY PROJECT TITLE: Reconstruct building over raceways 1-8 at Jordan NFH in Elmira, MI. Project number is R3PB, and TAS:: 14 1613 ::TAS RECOVERY PROJECT LOCATION: U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Jordan River National Fish Hatchery Elmira, Michigan RECOVERY PROJECT CONSISTS OF: Construct a pre-engineered metal-framed building to enclose the designated raceway structures. The building is to be sized to meet site condition and operational requirements. The work also includes restoration of all existing property that may be damaged during project construction. The work shall meet all applicable building codes, OSHA requirements, and ABA accessibility guidelines. The work includes: project coordination, mobilization, site work, foundation construction, building construction, electrical systems, and appurtenances as included in the forthcoming Bid Schedule. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $33.5 million. The Solicitation Package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about August 19, 2009. The Solicitation Package will include the following: An itemized Bid Schedule, Scope of Work, Drawings, and Prevailing Wage Determinations.
