- RECOVERY-- Synopsis: RECOVERY Replace Leech Lake Restroom and Fish Cleaning Facility. This requirement is being procured under the Small Business Administration Reauthorization Act (Public Law 105-135). Only firms recognized as Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZones) by the U.S. Small Business Administration are eligible to submit offers. The work consists of supply and installation of a fish cleaning house and restroom facility. Principal work items may include but are not limited to; electrical and sewer utility work, a sewage compartment tank shall be installed including a sewage lift pump and force main, work shall also include repairs of existing manholes. Leech Lake Restroom and Fish Cleaning Facility is located at Federal Dam, Minnesota. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238190 with a small business size of $14 million. The magnitude of this requirement the estimated price is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation is scheduled to be posted on or about July 24, 2009. The offer due date will be August 24, 2009. The Plans and Specifications for W912ES09R0030 are now on www.fbo.gov. The new proposal due date is 2:00 PM Local Time on 03 September 2009.
