- NASA/GSFC has a requirement for 1 Fiber Laser Module with following specifications:-CW Output Power: &gt; 125mW-Single Frequency-Wavelength Stability: &lt; 50 MHz-Center Wavelength: 1064.5nm (in vacuum)-Narrow Linewidth: &lt; or equal to 5 kHz-Thermal Wavelength Tuning: &gt; or equal to 30 GHz-Piezo Wavelength Tuning: +/- 150 MHz-Piezo Modulation Speed: up to 30 kHz-Internal Output Optical Isolation Provided: &gt; or equal to 30dB-PM Fiber Output w/ FC/APC connector (1.0m)-PER: &gt; 23 dBm-RIN @ 1 MHz: &lt; or equal to 100 dB/Hz-Signal to Noise ASE Ratio (50pm): &gt; 65dB-Side Mode Suppression Ratio: &gt; 50 dB-Power Stability: +/- 1% rms (&gt; 8 hrs)-External Control-Power Module Included-Visual Basic Control/Monitor Program-Power & Current mode operationNASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from NP Photonics pursuant FAR 13.106, for theacquisition of supplies or services determined to be reasonably available from only onesource.The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 2:30PM EST on datelisted above. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purposeof determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Adetermination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and opencompetition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretionof the government.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.An Ombudsman has been appointed.
