- Sole Source justification The Defense Logistics Agency,Contracting Services Office - Battle Creek intends to place a sole source award with DUNDAS Visualization, Inc., 250 Ferrand Drive, Suite 500, North York, Ontario, Canada M3C-3G8 for one each, DUNDAS Chart for ASP.Net, one each DUNDAS Chart for WINDOWS Forms Enterprise Edition, one each additional developer license and one each 10-pack product run time licenses. Period of performance for all items is 12 months from the date of receipt of award. Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B. are at destination Battle Creek Michigan. Prospective offerors interested in quoting on the above requirement shall submit their quotation no later 11 a.m. Eastern Time, August 10, 2009. Please reference RFQ # SP4707-09-Q-0036 in the subject line of your e-mail. Send your quotation to David.Straughn@dla.mil or fax your quotation to 269-961-4226, ATTN: DCSO-B/David Straughn. No telephone call answered either pre-award or post-award. Prospective offerors are reminded of their duty to be vigilant and monitor FEDBIZOPS for award information.
