- Description
- The effort is for Specialized Engineering Services in Support of the APQ-170 Radar. The Period of Performance shall be a total of 12 months. A sole source contract will be issued to DRS Sustainment Systems Inc, 201 Evans Lane, St. Louis, MO, 63121-1128, Cage Code: 98255. Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements or rights are not owned by the Government, or, where owned, cannot be made available to other sources.
