- This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. SPM4A509R0962, NSN 2840011302750, PR 0022910435, VANE,INLET GUIDE. This is a NAVY Critical Safety Item. Configuration control, export control, First Article Testing, and Production Lot testing applies. Approved Sources are Precision Metal Products, INC Cage 10220 P/N 6025T13G01, General Electric Company CAGE 99207 P/N 6025T13G01, and Hawker De Havilland Cage Z0031 P/N 6025T13G01, unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 1500 each. All pieces are to be delivered in 215 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 08/18/09, with a closing date of 09/01/09. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil) on the issue date cited above. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
