- The Wiesbaden Contracting Office has completed its evaluation of the proposals submitted in response to the subject solicitation, and the Contracting officer has awarded contract W912CM-09-D-0029 to Still GmBH, Berzeliusstr.10, D-22113 Hamburg due to lowest cost and acceptable technical capability. Past Performance was not a discriminator. In accordance with FAR 15.503 (b) Post Award Notices, the Government is providing the following information: i) Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) and Federal Business Opportunity websites were used to invite firms to participate in the solicitation.
