- Responses to questions. Amendment 0001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation PSA-IT-PRISM is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. This requirement will be a full and open competitive acquisition. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 541511 with an applicable size standard of $25M. In accordance with the attached solicitation and Statement of Work, potential offerors are to provide services to enhance Pretrial Services Agency (PSA).Net Core Enterprise Library and the.Net Coding Standards and Best Practices document guidelines and migrate, clean, test, and deploy existing PRISM screens to the.Net environment. A Firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. The following provisions are applicable to this acquisition and are incorporated in full text within this solicitation - 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial; 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Item shall be submitted if not available through ORCA at https://orca.bpn.gov/. Questions must be submitted by email to jmainvielle@group7associates.com no later than July 29, 2009,12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Period of Performance: Base CLIN - 74 business days; Optional CLINS 2 & 3 are 40 and 41 business days respectively.
