- Provide construction services for repair or resurface various roofs at the Western Regional Research Center, as follows: Four-story laboratory building, Main Bldg, North Wing, approximately 20,200 sq ft; 4-story laboratory building, West Annex Bldg, approximately 8,900 sq ft.; 1-story office building, West Annex Bldg, approximately 3,800 sq ft., and 2-story boiler plant, Service Bldg., approximately. 6,400 sq. ft. All roofs are concrete deck with thermo-plastic alloy membrane. The solicitation specifications and drawings will be posted no later than 18 August 2009. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
