- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA). This order was awarded pursuant to and under the provisions of the Small Business Administration Section 8(a). This order was awarded by the Sitka Contracting Office to the holder of the Tongass National Forest Facility IDIQ contract to perform required maintenance and repair to the Wrangell Ranger District Floating Camp consisting of replacing an existing wood and foam float with new HDPE pipe, foam and wood float; relocating existing buildings, propane tanks, water tanks and installing new pipe connections. This order will be administered by the EROC-NW, Sandy, Oregon.
