- Scope of Work: Contractor is to furnish labor, material, and Equipment necessary for the construction of two decks ( front and rear) for a single-family home located in the Don Clausen Fish Hatchery in northern California. Work by the Contractor shall include site preparation, purchase of all necessary materials, deck assembly as well as any clean up and site restoration. All materials used, unless otherwise specified, shall be new and of the types and grades specified in the attached Scope of Work, Specifications and or project drawings. Acquisition: This procurement with Abide International is to be made pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, 15 U.S.C. 637(a) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.8. A justification for Other Than Full adn Open Competition is not required in accordance with FAR 6.302-5(b)(4), i.e. sole source awards under the 8(a) Program. In accordance with FAR Part 5.202(a)(4), this procurement was exempt from being synopsized.
