- Statement of Work, Wood Education and Resource Center. The USDA Forest Service intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the furnishing of all labor, materials (including paint), equipment and other incidentals to complete painting of interior offices, restrooms, common areas, and some ceilings as described in the attached SOW. The project is estimated at $2,000 - $25.000. Solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS at www.fbo.gov o/a August 19, 2009.. This project is set-aside for small businesses; all small businesses are encouraged to submit an offer. All questions on the project are to be e-mailed to the Contracting Officer at least two weeks prior to the closing date of the solicitation. Contracting Officer's e-mail address is mparlett@fs.fed.us. There will be a pre-proposal conference at the site, the date of which will be published in the solicitation.
