- Description
- The United States Government currently occupies office space in a building under lease in Boise, Idaho that will be expiring. When the existing lease was originally entered into, a renewal option was included to give the Government the option to renew the lease. The Government intends to exercise this option, if it is determined that the offered rate remains fair and reasonable, and is of best value to the Government. The lease is for 2,442 rsf/2,123 usf of office space.
