- The objective is to establish a subcontract/ subcontracts open to competition under 8(a) to acquire up to 7680 labor hours of Software and Data Quality Assurance (QA) support to NCI CBIIT project teams as defined by the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative. This support will be provided throughout the full software development lifecycle. The subcontractor will supply a variety of management and QA services.
