- Amendment 01 to Air Show Audio COMBO Synopsis/Solicitation Contractor to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, transportation, and other incidentals necessary to accomplish Public Address Audio Support/Services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work for the period of 17-21 September, 2009. The site visit date for this requirement has changed. Site visit will now take place Thursday 6 August at 1300 hours. Site visit attendance is NOT required for submission of a quote, however, viewing the site is recommended for bidding purposes. If you would like to attend, please follow the instructions in the attachment. Also, the date required for submission of any questions has been changed to no later than 10 Aug 09. Finally, the due date for quotes has changed to being due on or before 4PM HST 17 Aug 09.
