- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to provide semi-annual preventative maintenance for emergency generators located at the Providence VA Medical Center. This project is subject to the Service Contract Act. This solicitation is 100% set aside for veteran owned small business (VOSB). The applicable NAICS code is 811310 and the size standard is $7.0 (millions of dollars). Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors include price and past performance/similar experience. The solicitation package will be available on or about July 1, 2009. The date for receipt of quotations is scheduled for July 17, 2009 at 12:00 noon. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.
