Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri, intends to make a single award for the provision of Liquid Coffee Concentrate. The anticipated performance period will begin on October 1, 2009 and will conclude on September 30, 2010. Annual requirements include an estimated 60 cases of regular coffee and 48 cases of decafeinated coffee. Each case consists of three (3) 59 oz containers, which have a shelf life of at least 30 days. Frozen coffee is acceptable. Vendor shall also provide and maintain three (3) beverage dispensers. Deliveries will be scheduled on a monthly basis. The contactor shall adhere to the delivery schedule established in the solicitation. Deliveries will be made to the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, 1900 West Sunshine Street, Springfield, Missouri, 65807. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible contractor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. The soliciation will be available on or about August 17, 2009 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Busines Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The anticipated date for receipt of quotations is on or about August 31, 2009. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registred in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. Per FAR 52.212-3, each offeror may complete their representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representation and certifications online, then the offeror shall submit a hard-copy with their quotations. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts.
