- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number L09PS01143 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33. The NAICS Code applied to this solicitation is 335311 with a size standard of 750 Employees. DESCRIPTION OF WORK - This will be a firm-fixed price contract for the supply of solar PANELS and related materials for the Bureau of Land Management Burns District Office in Hines, Oregon. This contract requires the supply and delivery of the following items: (1) 2 each of Grundfos 11 SQF-2 Submersible pump; (2) 1 each of Sun Pump SCS 11-300 1.5 HP DC Submersible pump; (3) 1 each of Sun Pump 180 BLS-M1 controller; (4) 20 each of Sharp 170 watt solar panels; (5) 12 each of Sharp 80 watt solar panels (NE 80E JEA); (6) 1 each of Zomeworks top of pole mount to hold 10 sharp 170 watt panels; (7) 2 each of Zomeworks top of pole mount to hold 5 sharp 170 watt solar panels; (8) 3 each of IO 101 Controller (Generator Transfer Switch); (9) 3 each of MNPV-3 combiner box; (10) 1 each of MNPV-12-250 combiner box; (11) 5 each of MNEPV15-300 circuit breaker; (12) 4 each Tray Cable of 24 inch interconnect from MNPV-3 to controller #10 AWG; (13) 5 each of 12 foot MC Interconnect from solar array #10 AWG USE Male; (14) 5 each of 12 foot MC Interconnect from solar array #10 AWG USE Female; (15) 14 each of 24 inch #10 USE MC Interconnect between solar panels Male; (16) 14 each of 24 inch #10 USE MC Interconnect between solar panels Female. DELIVERY LOCATION AND ACCEPTANCE: F.O.B. Destination. All solar supplies shall be delivered within 30 calendar days of receipt of the order between the times of 7:45AM and 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time. Supplies shall be delivered to the Bureau of Land Management Burns District Office, located at 28910 Hwy 20 West, in Hines, Oregon 97738. Final inspection and acceptance of supplies will be performed by the Government at the time of delivery. In an effort to schedule receipt of the delivery, the contractor shall contact the Materials Handler at 541-573-4464 on the day prior to delivery.
