- This is combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) number 09SQ6A0027. All quotes to reference this RFQ number and shall be submitted by 4:00 PM local time on 08-17-2009. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. This solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS code is 334515. The small business size is 500 employees. Line item number 1 - CPC 100 - MULTIFUNCTIONAL PRIMARY TEST SET Part Number VE000621 1 EACH Line item number 2 - CP CB2 - CURRENT BOOSTER UP TO 2000A Part Number VEHZ0630 1 EACH Line item number 3 - ACCESSORY CASE Part Number VEHP0066 1 EACH.
