- The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure a contract where prospective offerors are required to provide career management seminars at Bolling AFB, DC in accordance with the specifications and attachments that will be identified in the solicitation. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This action will be set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430 with the business size standard dollar amount of $7M. It is anticipated the period of performance will be a base year (28 September 2009 through 25 August 2010 with four (4) one-year options. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on/about 04 August 2009 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
