- Notice of Contract Award Contract No. FA4890-09-C-0007 Solicitation No. FA4890-09-R-0002 Headquarters, Air Combat Command, has awarded the above contract for the RC/OC/WC-135 & E-4B Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development. Award was made to Crew Training International, Inc, 9198 Crestwyn Hills Dr., Memphis, TN 38125, on 30 July 2009 in the amount of $36,872,878. Four proposals were received in response to the solicitation. The contract was awarded as a Commercial - Firm Fixed Price contract for services to be performed at Offutt AFB, NE. The 2 month phase-in period will be funded by FY09 O&M funds. The base year of performance will be funded with FY10 O&M funds as they are made available. The four, one year option periods will be funded based on the availiability of O&M funds as each option period is exercised. The contract was awarded based on the Evaluation Criteria as outlined in Section 7 of the solicitation.
