- ***NOTICE*** FA8601-09-B-0014 is now posted as FA8601-09-R-0039 ***END NOTICE*** SOLICITATION: Project ZHTV060025. This RESTRICTED ACQUISITION is set aside for HUBzone concerns. The Period of Performance is 270 days. NAICS CODE: 238210. Size Standard $14M. Replace 15kV Switches Basewide, Phase 2. Replace deteriorated pad-mounted switches and 15kV switchgear. The site of the work is Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Special Requirement/Considerations: Work will need to be coordinated with the Exterior Electric Shop to allow them to switch electrical loads to accommodate the work with minimal customer electrical outages. Work on switches where power outages are required will need to be scheduled to minimize disruption. Estimated Cost of proposed Acquisition is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and DFARS 252.204-704 "Required Central Contractor Registration," Contractor must be registered in CCR prior to award. You shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1442 by the bid closing date and time specified in the solicitation. There will not be a public bid opening. Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be marked to show the bidder's name and address, the solicitation number, and the date and time proposals are due. 6. Contractors that are Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment are excluded from receiving contracts. Agencies also shall not consent to subcontract with these contractors. This is a WPAFB Construction Contracting (PKJ) program. The current status is Pre-Solicitation and it is a Category Z - Maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property program.
