- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Announcement serves as a notice that the Solicitation for this project has been issued simultaneously at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Go to http://ideasec.nbc.gov and search N6620090029 to view the full Solicitation. READ THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION. Furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and incidentals to perform and complete all work as specified in the Specification. The project is the demolition and removal of two existing septic tanks and wastewater drain fields and the installation of two new septic tanks and absorption bed (leach field) at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Picnic Mountain Station, Pierce Stocking Scenic Drive in Leelanau County Michigan. Accordingly, it is "full and open" to all sizes of business. Estimated cost range is less than $15,000. The NAICS Code is 237110. Small business size standard is $33.5M. To be eligible to receive an award with a Federal agency, vendors must complete the following:1. Register or update Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov2.
