- Description
- The 37th Contracting Squadron, at Lackland AFB, TX, intends to solicite a proposal and negotiate a Sole Source acquisition with Motorola Inc., Federal Government Division, 7230 Parkway Drive, Hanover, MD 20176, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Services include the maintenance of the LMR Trucking System. Motorola Inc. is the only source with the expertise, technical data and qualified personnedd trained to maintain the LMR Trucking System. The NAICS Code is 811213 and the small business standard size is $7.0M. This notice of intent is not a request for proposal. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposal based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice.
