- Description
- SOW Mobile Force Protection Course The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field FL intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Tier 1 Group LLC for Line Item 0001: Provide training for 12 students in the Mobile Force Protection Course in accordance with the attached statement of work. This award is unrestricted and is under North American Industry Classification System Code 611692 with a small business size standard is $7.0 Million. This sole source action is being accomplished under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(A). The government believes that Tier 1 Group LLC is the only known source that has the patented, proprietary, commercial product and design expertise to provide this repair. This notice is NOT a request for quote. However, interested companies shall submit to the contracting officer a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 10 pages in length, single spaced, 12 point font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform the requested services at or before 4:00 PM (central), 10 Aug 2009. Any information received will only be considered for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement. The contract award number is FA4417-09-P-0151 in the amount of NOT TO EXCCED $58,704. Anticipated award is 17 Aug 2009. The place of performance is Crawfordsville, AR.
