- Amendment no. 2 RFP 486-09-027 MEP The closing date is hereby extended from August 6, 2009 to August 19, 2009. This extension is provided now in anticipation of the additional time offerors will need to respond to additional specifications and drawings that USAID intends to include in the solicitation. USAID will issue another modification in the near future to add these specifications and drawings to the solicitation. Other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
