The outcome to be satisfied by this requirement is to improve flat map folding capabilities in the Defense Distribution Mapping-Germany, Map Support Office Germershiem Germany (MSO-GG). This requirement is considered a commercial item as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 2.101-Definitions. Subsequently, the evaluation process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items. The proposed contract shall be a firm-fixed price (FFP) C type contract. Note this requirement is subject to FAR Subpart 25.4 -- Trade Agreements. The solicitation will be issued for full and open competition with no set-asides. Applicable NAICS code for this project is 423420. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted through the electronic posting system https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the internet and obtaining the solicitation documents and any amendments. Interested Offerors must ensure they are registered with the Central Contractor Registration in order to be considered for award of a contract.
