- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W52H0909r0056. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The intended source is SAAB Bofors Dynamics, SE-691 Karlskoga, Sweden. NSN/Part Number's: 6920-01-210-3010/13230037, 1015-01-271-1020/13282405, 6920-01-210-0523/13230152, 1015-01-210-0702/13229889, 5305-01-274-6365/13230059, 5305-01-274-6366/13229875, 5315-01-274-6368/13230039, 1010-01-274-6381/13230040, 1015-01-283-0186/13230091, 4210-01-274-6382/13282468. Requirements are for a 3 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity sole source contract per authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. Guaranteed minimums: 150 ea. Bolt Assy Rocket; 500 ea. Aperture Sight; 500 ea. Safety Gun Grip; 900ea. Lever Breechblock; 1,400 each Pin Quick Release; 600 each Screw Machine; 500 ea Kit Decal; 200 ea. Tube Assy; all FOB Origin for use on the AT4 Trainer. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments any to respond to them prior to the date and time set for big opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
