- The Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, intends to award an order by an other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to issue a sole-source award for one (1) AutoDART-96 Autosampling System to JEOL USA, Inc., 11 Dearborn Road, Peabody, MA 01961. This is a notice to award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information will not be considered a response. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Comments may be e-mailed to psb3@bpd.treas.gov with the above reference number as the subject. Comments will be received until August 7, 2009 on or before 2:00 p.m. EST.
