- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER THE USFWS REGION 5 IDIQ CONTRACTS - NORTHERN ZONE. This is not a solicitation. The USFWS Region 5 has a requirement for Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Services for the Rehabilitation of the Monomoy Island Lighthouse, Keeper's House and Oil Shed, located at the Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge (which is part of the Eastern Massachusetts NWR Complex), Barnstable County, Chatham, Massachusetts. It is the intent of the government to award a task/delivey order against an existing IDIQ contract. These contracts were awarded under a competitive process with the use of best value source selection procedures. The selected IDIQ vendor is Oak Point Associates - Contract No. 501816D001. The task/delivery order will be firm fixed-price. The NAICS code is 541330. PROJECT INFORMATION: The work shall consist in providing A&E design services for the rehabilitation of the Monomoy Lighthouse, Keeper's House and Oil Shed, which are located on Monomoy Island. The three (3) structures are on the National Register of Historic Places. Design Services will include the preparation of as-built drawings of the three structures; preparing a topographical survey of the area surrounding the structures; preparing a comprehensive condition assessment with recommendations of proposed treatment of the structures; and, preparing bidding documents for construction rehabilitation.
