- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT909170A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-33, effective date July 15, 2009; Defense DCN 20090715, effective date 22 July 2009; and AFAC 2009-0318 effective date 18 Mar 2009. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 3990. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3531. Travis AFB intends to award a Brand Name requirement for a Posi-Turner Load Positioning Beam. HEAVY DUTY WORK GEAR REDUCER WITH CHAIN AND SPOCKET FINAL REDUCTION. 110 VOLT, 1 PHASE, 60 HZ ELECTRICAL POWER. REVERSING MOTOR STARTER WITH FUSED MOTOR PROTECTION. ELECTRIC BREAK MOTOR. CONTROLS: PUSH BUTTON PENDANT WITH 20'CORD. LIFT EYE: ONE MASTER LINK SYSTEM TO BE USED WITH ONE CRANE/HOIST FRAME AND DRUM ASSEMBLY.
