- Brand Name Justificication for TCMAX This posting is to satisfy the publication requirements for Brand Name Justifications and the FAR requirements Other Direct Cost. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command (HQ AFRC), Aircraft Maintenance Policy Branch has a requirement for the purchase of 450 TCMAX Software Licenses and Training for 25 Air Force locations. The requirement identified the need for manufacturer specific software. The training is open market and estimated at $75,000.00. HQ AFRC A7KA Contracting Office, at Bldg 220 Rm 113, 255 Richard Ray Blvd, Robins AFB, GA 31098 issued a RFQ to all the contractors holders on the GSA Federal Supply Schedule 51V, Categories 105 002 and 612 209. The RFQ was issued on July 31, 2009 via GSA E-buy. The closing date for quotes is august 6, 2009. The Instructions to offerors and Bill of Materials are only available to the GSA contract holders on the FSS 51V, Category 105 002 and 612 209.
