- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source as this is a follow-on contract, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. NSN: 6675-01-067-0687, Part Number: 11785090. A modification to W52H09-05-D-0323, a 3-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for Refurbished M2A2 Surveying Set/Aiming Circles, was extended for 2 ordering periods (thru September 2010) on 29 July 2009. The maximum quantity for the ordering periods is 275 each. A delivery order for 256 each refurbished M2A2 Aiming Circles was awarded on 30 July 2009 for a value of $1,105,873.90. Total estimated value for this extension is $1,192,000.00. This contract modification and delivery order were issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
