- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to repair existing wastewater lift station and wastewater treatment plant at William H. Harsha Lake in Batavia, OH. The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment to complete work per drawings and specifications in the solicitation. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is: 562910. The size standard is $14 million. The solicitation has an approximate issue date of 31 July 2009. The solicitation will be available on the web only. The proposal due date is approximately 07 August 2009 at 2:00 PM local time. Telephone and Fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Award for this project will be made based on low quote. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
