- RECOVERYTHIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER AN EXISTING ARCHITECH-ENGINEER (A-E) CONTRACT. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to issue a firm-fixed price task order under contract W912DQ-08-D-0028 using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds. This A-E contract was originally competed under solicitation number W912DQ-08-R-0018 and awarded to Berger Devine Yeager, Inc (CAGE CODE 1E3G1) for the Kansas City District, US Army Corps of Engineers, within the Northwestern Division. PROJECT INFORMATION: Firm-fixed price task order contract in support of Fort Leavenworth, KS. A-E SERVICES. Work to be accomplished consists of development of a design-build (DB) request for proposal (RFP) package and construction cost estimate for renovation of Building 120 at Fort Leavenworth, KS. The RFP package shall consist of specifications with integrated submittal register, utility plans, floor plans, a turnover schedule and a 35% Design Analysis.
