Description: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER SPRRA1-09-T-0063. PRON: AX9CF118AX. The Government has a requirement for a quantity of 3 each of an Indicator, Electrical, NSN: 6685-01-555-9852, Part Number: 1003628-1 applicable to Flexible Engine Diagnostic System (FEDS), with delivery to Tracy, CA 95304-5000. The required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 3 each, 180 days after contract award. The required delivery without FAT is 3 each, 120 days after contract award. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing. This item is sole source to Howell Instruments, Inc., Cage Code 98869. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
