- RECOVERYTHIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER AN EXISTING ARCHITECH-ENGINEER (A-E) CONTRACT. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to issue a firm-fixed price task order under contract W912DQ-08-D-0047 using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds. This A-E contract was originally competed under solicitation number W912DQ-08-R-0018 and awarded to Gossen Livingston Associates Inc. (CAGE: 0H7N6) for the Kansas City District, US Army Corps of Engineers, within the Northwestern Division. PROJECT INFORMATION: Firm-fixed price task order contract in support of the Digester Lid Repair Design for the waste water treatment plant at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. This project involves preparation of design documents for removal of the Sewage Sludge Digester Lids and Conversion of the Digesters from anaerobic digestion to aerobic digestion at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Project will constitute all of the work involved in design for the removal of the digester lids by a competent contractor with the necessary equipment, mechanical, and electrical work necessary to convert the digesters to aerobic sludge digestion.
