- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using non-competitive procedures. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER W912PL-08-D-0086-0002 NATIONAL GUARD FIELD MAINTENANCE SHOP (FMS), INGLEWOOD, CA Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, materials and shipping costs necessary to engage the services of an experienced pre-engineered metal building evaluation team to conduct an assessment to determine the needs of the facility, to provide a work plan with drawings, specificaitons and cost estimate to implement those needs. The evaluation team needs to actively include the services of Southern California Edisons Savings by Design Staff and include their recommendations in the final scope of renovation.
