- The Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for the purchase of toner cartridges. This is a set-a-side for small businesses. All responsible sources who are interested in quoting should submit a written request via email for Request for Quotation (RFQ) TIRNO-09-Q-00204. Requests should be emailed to: Natika.L.George@irs.gov no later than 15 calendar days from the posting of this notice. Quotes in response to RFQ will be due August 21, 2009. All Treasury contractors are required to be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receipt of award.
