- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. W91249-09-T-0082 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The closing date and time of this solicitation is 17 August 2009, 11:00 A.M. EST. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31. This acquisition is restricted under NAICS code 312113, Size STD 500 employees. This requirement is a 100% [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The requirements in this solicitation: ICE, BAGGED and BLOCKS as specified in solicitation, W9124909-T-0082. Vendors shall comply with all clauses throughout this solicitation and can be viewed by accessing website: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. Delivery, per specifications, shipping shall be FOB destination, Fort Gordon, GA 30905.
