- This notice advises that the Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base, Oahu, Hawaii intends to award a sole source purchase order to Deployment Medicine Consultants, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Description: To provide advanced combat trauma training for 60 students. The Period of Performance for this requirement is from 26 Aug 2009 through 1 Sep 2009. The contractor must be certified by HQMC Health Services. This notice is not a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposal procurement based on response to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
