- Contract number: N40083-07-D-2015, Task Order: 2022Provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, supervision, quality control, and management necessary to remove the existing EPDM/Ballest roofing system and install a new PVC roof system on Buildings 2746 and 2747. Work includes removal of stone ballast, EPDM roofing, roof insulation, guttering, and ridge vents as well as installation of 2 inch poly-isocyanurate insulation, a new PVC roof system, new guttering and turbine vents. PVC Roof System shall include installation of a single ply polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and PVC blend thermoplastic sheet roofing, with associated thermoplastic flashing for installations with insulation below the membrane. Application method shall be fully adhered system. Roof system shall be installed in accordance with manufacturers printed instructions. This firm fixed-price task order is based on pre-priced line items that were determined through competition at the time of the initial contract award.
