- The Office of Justice Programs intends to modify on a sole source basis Purchase Order 2008M_08079, entitled CONSULTANT FOR PAROLE AND PROBATION DATA ARCHIVE with Barry Jay Seltser, 327 Nevada Street, Newton, MA 02460. This modification will increase the contract ceiling and period of performance to allow for the contractor to archive the Annual Parole Survey and Annual Probation Survey from the years 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2006, and 2007 for the Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Statistics. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any other firm desiring consideration must submit documentation which demonstrates its capability to perform this requirement.
