- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services, non-personal prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote #F4D3C29099A001. Submit written offers – on company letterhead using CLINS structure provided below. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.bpn.gov). This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26 and DFARS Change Notice 2008513. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 333291 and Size Standard 500 employees apply to this procurement. Amendment as of 29 June 2009 HBM 72 Box Making Machine to include tri-wall cutting capabilities on top of delivery, setup training and installation and Shipping (FOB Destinaton) ** This is a modification to the solicitation to remove the tri-wall cutting capability previously requested.
