- NSN 5998-00-618-4757, Circuit Card Assembly. PR 0021170012. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Ship 35 each FOB origin Northrop Grumman cage 06481 P/N 166890 to New Cumberland, PA and 25 each, FOB origin to Tracy, CA. Inspection and acceptance is at origin. This solicitation is issued in accordance with 10, USC 2304(c)(1), other than full and open competition. The requirement is not set aside for small business. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date of August 17, 2009.
