Description

RECOVERY – THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS ISSUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GUIDANCE FOR THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA). THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF STANDARDS AND TECHNOLOGY (NIST) INTENDS TO A ISSUE COMPETITIVE CALL ORDER AGAINST AN EXISTING MULTIPLE AWARD BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT SUPPORT. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THOSE CONTRACTORS UNDER THE FOLLOWING EXISTING BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS AWARDED AND ADMINISTERED BY NIST. (SB1341-09-BR-0006; Your Recruiting Company (YRCI) Inc. and SB1341-09-BR-0007; Kadix Sysyems LLC ). The Call Order will provide support to the NIST Acquisition Management Division (AMD) and will be funded with ARRA funds. NIST requires acquisition management support to assist NIST AMD with all aspects of the Federal contracting process in accordance with applicable statutes and regulations including, but not limited to, acquisition planning, solicitation, source selection, award, administration and closeout. The NAICS Code is 541611 with a size standard of $7M. The Government anticipates issuing a firm fixed-price single order. However, it reserves the right to issue multiple or no orders. The period of performance is twelve (12) months.
